Holiday Policy

Holidays will be observed on the calendar day designated by the Company for observance.

You are eligible for holiday pay on the first day you are actively at work. Holiday pay is calculated at your base pay rate. For pay purposes, if a holiday occurs during your PTO, it will be treated as a holiday and not as a PTO day. El Paso currently recognizes 10 holidays.
